2:39am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on M Avenue and 140th Street.

3:56am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1700 block of L Avenue.

12:45pm: The Sheriff and deputies checked a residence in the 2300 block of 170th Street for Rodney Halterman.

4:20pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

6:30pm: A deputy conducted tobacco compliance checks throughout the County and had Oly’s Corner in violation. There were no other businesses found in violation.

7:16pm: Deputies checked a residence in the 1000 block of 130th Street for Rodney Halterman.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
