Several Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers varsity wrestlers registered a top-four finish in the ADM Tiger Invitational Saturday afternoon in Adel. Eight Tiger wrestlers grappled in either the championship or consolation match, helping ADM finish second in the team standings with 152 points. PCM is the 2019 ADM Tiger Invitational team champions with 209 points. Senior Andrew Flora (126), senior Nolan Harsh (182), and junior Kaden Sutton (220) came away as champions of their weight class. Flora improved to 28-0 with three victories, including one pinfall and two decision wins. Harsh lifted his record to 27-0 with five victories, including three first-period pinfalls, a major decision, and a decision victory. Sutton raised his record to 26-4 with three additional wins, including a first-period pinfall, a decision win, and a sudden victory. Sophomore Cole Williamson (120) placed second in his weight class. Three Tiger wrestlers placed third in their bracket including senior Hogan Hopewell (132), junior Broderick Schmidt (152), and sophomore Justice Paulsen (195). Fourth place finishes for ADM include senior Kolten Benz (138) and Charles Craigmile (195). The ADM varsity wrestling team continues their Raccoon River Conference dual season in Bondurant Thursday against the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays and the Carroll Tigers. First matches start around 5:30 p.m. at Bondurant-Farrar High School.
