12:22am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 700 block of Wild Rose Drive. Michael Olson 57 of Jefferson was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, operating while intoxicated, and interference with official acts.

3:00am: A deputy assisted a jailer who was assaulted by an inmate. Michael Olson 57 was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations (jailer).

6:45am: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1100 block of R Avenue.

7:08am: The Sheriff investigated a complaint of harassment of a public official.

9:04am: A deputy investigated a theft complaint near W Avenue and 170th Street.

10:43am: Michael Olson 57 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, assault on person of a certain occupation, and operating while under the influence 1st offense.

10:47am: A deputy picked up suspected drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

11:51am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of 130th Street.

1:18pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 700 block of 14th Street, Grand Junction.

2:01pm: A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 500 block of 3rd Street, Rippey.

5:18pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near M Avenue.

7:25pm: A deputy investigated a careless driver on 220th Street near the X Avenue.

8:01pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Adaza Street, Adaza.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
