Free lots are still available for those wishing to build a home in the City of Stuart.

The Stuart Enterprise for Economic Development, Inc. is happy to announce there are 10 free lots left in the Wambold 2nd Addition Subdivision. Buyers would only pay for legal and abstracting fees, and the lots are available on a first come, first served basis. In order to secure a lot, a signed purchase agreement with $100 earnest money if accompanied by a bank letter of credit, or $500 of earnest money without a letter of credit is required. Once the agreement is finalized, you would have six months to start construction and 12 months after that to complete the home.
