The Ogden Bulldogs relied on an accurate three point shot Thursday night to defeat Perry 64-46 in non conference basketball action Thursday night. Perry matched the Ogden firepower in the opening 8 minutes leading the Bulldogs 17-14 after one quarter. But Ogden took control of the game in the second quarter switching to a box in one defense to slow down Jayette sniper Molly Lutmer. Offensively, Abby Langel took over the game and finished with 25 points including 7-10 from 3-point land. Perry was led by Lutmer’s 18 points and Jayna Kenney’s 7. Quinn Whiton played a strong game finishing with 6 points and 7 rebounds.
Perry enters the Christmas break 1-10 and will return to the hardwood January 4th at Ballard.
