As Christmas Day commences this Tuesday, many offices in Guthrie County will be closed the beginning of next week to recognize the holiday.
All Guthrie County offices will be closed December 24th and 25th. The next Board of Supervisors meeting will be on January 2nd. Stuart City Hall will be closed the 24th and 25th, Panora City Hall will be closed the 24th-26th, and Guthrie Center City Hall will be closed on the 25th. Garbage routes will not be affected in any community. The Stuart Public Library will be closed beginning tomorrow through January 1st, the Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library in Guthrie Center will be open from noon-3 p.m. on the 24th and closed on the 25th, and the Panora Public Library will be closed the 24th-26th. Guthrie County Extension and Outreach will be closed the 24th and 25th, and all post offices will be closed the 25th.
