The Raccoon River Conference dual season took the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tiger wrestling team to Boone County Thursday. The Tiger grapplers tangled with the Toreadors and the Perry Bluejays in league action last night. ADM finished their 2018 competition schedule with a victory over the Toreador on the mat. The Tigers won six matches by forfeit, two by decision, and one by pinfall in a 48-24 victory over Boone. ADM picked up four pinfall wins, two decision victories, and one win by forfeit in a 39-36 loss to the Perry Bluejays. ADM senior Andrew Flora (126) kept his undefeated season alive with a first period pinfall victory and one win by forfeit. Senior Nolan Harsh (182) didn’t participate in a match in Boone, taking a 17-0 mark into 2019. The ADM wrestling team is finished with the competition this calendar year. The Tigers resume their season Thursday, January 3, hosting the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs in a dual at ADM’s North Gym.
