Monday, December 10th
6:49am: An officer is working on a Parking Issue occurring in the 100 Block of East Lincoln Way Street.
8:38am: An officer towed a box truck blocking the alley in the 100 Block of South Wilson Ave. Officers have warned the owner numerous times he can not block the alley. The truck had sat in the alley overnight and was towed.
8:49am: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 1000 Block of West Adams Street.
10:02am: A Traffic Stop in the 400 Block of South Elm Street resulted in Faith Wiederin of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.
12:50pm: Carrie Jensen spoke to an officer about a Civil Issue occurring with a cell phone.
2:41pm: Glenis Aguilar requested an officer at 102 ½ West Lincoln Way Street #1, as her young child was locked in a room and she could not open the door. The officer was able to force the door open and free the child.
3:38pm: A caller advised of a bat in the hallway at 102 South Grimmell Road, Building C. The officer did not locate the bat.
4:45pm: Lisa Howe requested a Welfare Check on a male at 102 South Pinet Street. She had been unable to reach the subject by phone for several days. The officer later located the male and learned he was fine.
5:23pm: Steve Cort reported a male subject walking through his yard at 906 West Harrison Street. The officer made contact with the male and advised him to stay off the Cort property in the future.
6:01pm: Brian Markins reported his juvenile son keeps running away from home and just left again. The juvenile male arrived at the LEC a few minutes later. The father was contacted to pick up the child after the officer spoke with him about the ongoing issue.
6:46pm: Jenna Mischke called and requested assistance with a Civil Property Issue. The officer was busy at the time and could not respond. When the officer got freed up, he attempted to reach Mischke. He was not able to speak with her.
