This past Monday, the doors officially opened for Harvey’s at Hotel Pattee, but this Tuesday the restaurant will have a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration hosted by the Perry Chamber of Commerce.
The event will be held at 4:30 p.m. at the hotel, and there will be free appetizers available for sampling. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says it will be a great opportunity for the public to meet Harvey’s Owner Katie Harvey and Hotel Pattee Owner Tom Maxwell and to learn more about what brought them together. She also encourages people to stay and eat dinner at the restaurant following the ribbon cutting. Harvey says the reception over the last week has been outstanding, and she’s looking forward to officially kicking things off on Tuesday, particularly their partnership with the Chamber.
The event at Harvey’s will be the first of two ribbon-cuttings during the week, as there is another scheduled for Friday at 11 a.m. to welcome Harper Rose’s Floral and Gifts. To learn more about Harvey’s at Hotel Pattee, and to hear from Pasutti, Harvey, and Maxwell, listen to this past Friday’s Perry Fareway Let’s Talk Dallas County program at RaccoonValleyRadio.com.
