Wednesday, November 14th
7:23am: Officers assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of North High Street.
7:46am: Officers responded to a Business Alarm Activation at 400 North Elm Street. The business was secure. A robotic vacuum had set off a motion alarm inside.
7:52am: Brittany Smith requested officers at 304 North Chestnut Street for a Verbal Argument with her boyfriend. The male had left the area before the officer’s arrival. Smith requested no further assistance from the officer.
9:34am: The Greene County Middle School requested an officer at 203 West Harrison Street for a juvenile female student who had left the school. The officer located the youth at the Rec Center and transported her to the LEC, where she was picked up by a family member.
1:20pm: The Greene County Medical Center advised of a vehicle, which had been parked in their parking lot at 1000 West Lincoln Way Street, for over a week. The officer made contact with the owner of the vehicle and it was removed.
1:33pm: An officer assisted a motorist, who was out of fuel, at Elm and Monroe Streets.
2:40pm: Suesitta Schmidt requested an officer at 407 East State Street for a fight between her teenage sons. The officer assisted in diffusing the situation.
2:51pm: Joshua Lawson reported a young male crawling on the concrete wall of the overpass bridge. The officer did not locate anyone in the area.
10:01pm: Candi Wenger reported a small fire near 1228 220th Street. The information was passed to a deputy as the fire was outside of city limits.
4:33am: An officer responded to a Business Alarm Activation at 106 West Washington Street, Suite 3. The business was fine and the alarm had accidentally been tripped by an employee.
