The public is invited to a special celebration in recognition of the Greene County Community Center turning 20-years-old.

The event begins at 3pm with beach volleyball and an obstacle course in the gym. Then there will be a variety of free classes taking place starting at 4:30pm. Classes will include yoga, Xtreme Fit, step aerobics, and Zumba. A free-will donation meal will be served by the Jefferson Rotary Club from 5:30 to 7pm. Food has been donated by Jefferson Hy-Vee and Greene County Cattlemen’s Association. The event will end with a free showing of “Mulan” from 7 to 9pm with popcorn provided. Plus, there will be a photo presentation throughout the celebration in the lobby.

There will be lots of giveaways and there will be a drawing for a free year membership to the community center. Plus, anyone can use the community center for free the entire weekend.
