Beau Feris of West Des Moines was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of 240th St and K Ave., when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Conor Flanery of Panora. No injuries reported. Damage to Flanery’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $500.00 to Feris’s. Flanery was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Victoria Brock of Waukee was traveling south on W Ave., approaching the intersection with 200th St., when a vehicle driven by Noah Costa of West Des Moines struck Brock’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Brock’s vehicle estimated at $10,000.00 and $12,000.00 to Costa’s. Costa was cited for failure to yield upon entering through highway.

Clayton Liston Spieker, age 38 of 318 Payton Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-probation violation-original charge of theft.
