While Veterans Day isn’t until Sunday and is recognized as a federal holiday Monday, some closures are taking place today in Guthrie County.

Stuart City Hall and Stuart Municipal Utilities are closed today and will reopen Monday with a City Council meeting that evening. Garbage routes will not be affected. Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center and Panorama Schools are closed today, and West Central Valley Schools dismiss today at 12:30 p.m. On Monday, the Guthrie County Courthouse, Guthrie Center City Hall and all post offices will be closed.
