Tuesday, November 6th

8:49am: An officer was requested to perform a Funeral Escort.

9:09am: A Traffic Stop in the 1200 Block of East Lincoln Way resulted in James Burton of Jefferson being cited for, “Violation of Financial Liability Coverage.”

10:56am: The Greene County Middle School requested an officer at 203 West Harrison Street for a reported Suicidal female student. The officer spoke with the student and eventually transported her to ER to be evaluated by a medical doctor.

12:24pm: Officers were called to 1402 Woodland Drive for a male trapped in his garage. The automatic door opener had malfunctioned and would not open the door. The officer and the subject were able to get the overhead door open to free the male.

11:24pm: An officer performed a Traffic Stop with a vehicle in the 700 Block of Wild Rose Lane. During the stop the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. During a Probable Cause Search of the vehicle, the officer located suspected marijuana and seized two items for testing. Charges are pending lab results.

********* A warrant has been requested by an officer for Christopher Lindaman, 19 of Jefferson for, “Possession of Alcohol by Underage Person – Simple.” The charge stems from a call to 202 West Adams Street on 10/22/2018 for a reported kitchen fire. The officer’s investigation showed the intoxicated juvenile had left the residence and went to HyVee. Lindaman made admissions to the officer about consuming alcohol.
