Today is the day that candidates running for county, state and federal offices, as well as eligible voters have been waiting for: it’s Election Day.
Here’s a reminder for Greene County voters of where to go to cast your ballot. Those in the first Jefferson precinct can vote at the assembly room of the Greene County Courthouse. Voters in the second Jefferson precinct must report to Trinity Lutheran Church. Anyone in the third Jefferson precinct are to vote at the Greene County Community Center.
Those in the central precinct can vote at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds in Jefferson. The polling location for the east precinct is a St. Brigid’s Parish Center in Grand Junction. The north precinct polling location is the Churdan Community Center. Voters in the west precinct must vote at Scranton City Hall.
