Tuesday, October 30th

11:03am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

1:19pm: A deputy investigated a call of a bald eagle possible shot near 255th and P Avenue. The DNR was called and it was found that the eagle had hit a power line.

1:48pm: A deputy investigated a report of cattle out on 252nd Street near the bike trail.

6:22pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1800 block of 220th Street.

9:00pm: A deputy assisted the Woodward Police Department with a search warrant in the 700 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

9:17pm: Michael Carlson 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for trespass 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
