Sheri Kappelman of De Soto was traveling north on Highway 169 slowing down to turn into the Post Office in De Soto when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Amanda Masters of Cambridge City, In. No injuries reported. Damage to Master’s vehicle estimated at $2000.00 and $1000.00 to Kappelman’s. Master’s was cited for failure to maintain control.
