5:06am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 900 block of Locust Street, Scranton.

11:33am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 220th Street near R Avenue.

4:01pm: A deputy assisted DHS with a call in the 800 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

4:03pm: A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint in the 500 block of Jefferson Street, Scranton.

6:30pm: A deputy located a cow out in the 1800 block of 170th Street. The owner was present and putting the cow back in.

10:20pm: Jacob Oleary 23 of Jefferson was booked into to the jail for a Polk County Warrant for criminal mischief 3rd degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
