Maxwell Holt of Waukee was traveling west in the 30000 block of 310th St., when he lost control and slid into the ditch. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $3500.00. Holt was cited for failure to maintain control.

Justin Scott Davis, age 42 of 1802 E 32nd St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of violation of a no contact order.

Todd William Phillips, age 38 of 413 E Division St., Colfax was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for initial appearance-original charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
