Luke Stephen Peter Pettey, age 27 of 2350 E 24th St., Des Moines was arrested in the 16000 block of Old Highway 6 for possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.

Joe Lawrence Harrison, age 39 of 10525 Providence Dr., Johnston was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI.

Ilunga Victor of Johnston and Soe Thein of Des Moines were both traveling wets in the 28000 block of Highway 141 when they sideswiped each other. Victor complained of neck pain and would seek medical treatment on his own. Damage to Victor’s vehicle estimated at $7000.00 and $3000.00 to Thein’s.
