12:08am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 125th Street near U Avenue. Dustin Smith 25 of Somers struck a deer with his Tractor Trailer. There was no damage to the Semi.

12:51pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Madison Street, Scranton.

1:35pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 900 block of Linn Street, Scranton.

5:55pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1600 block of 243rd Street.

6:06pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving compliant on 220th Street near Kirkwood Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
