Kailey Anne Pearson, age 27 of 528 10th St., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for OWI.

Shelbie Lehman of Perry and Gloria Borjas Escobar of Webster City were both traveling east in the 17000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when they ran over a ladder on the highway. No injuries reported. Damage to each vehicle estimated around $500.00.

Michael Allan Hale, age 25 of 6215 NW 106th St., Johnston was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Jami Marie Schneller, age 40 of 700 Iowa St., St. Charles was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of harassment.

Justin Wayne Skaggs, age 18 of 1223 6th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.
