The public is invited to a reception at the Jefferson Public Library tomorrow night to honor this year’s “Friend of the Year” Award recipient.

This year’s honoree is Janet Durlam. The Friend of the Year is sponsored by the Friends of the Jefferson Library and it is given to an individual or individuals who volunteer their time to support the library through activities and events, and unselfishly gives their time to grow the library. Last year’s recipients were Donald Goodrich, Karen North and Denis Harberts.

The reception will take place at 7pm tomorrow at the library.
