It’s time to cheer on the West Central Valley High School Marching Band as they perform at the state marching band festival today.
The Wildcats will be performing alongside class 2A Des Moines Christian School, and their show features the music of the stage show “Les Misérables.” The Wildcats have prepared with a higher echelon band this week as the Iowa State University Cyclone Marching Band hosted them for a marching clinic in Ames Monday. The public is invited to watch the festival with cost of admission being $7 for adults and $3 for students. The Wildcats perform at 8:35 a.m. at Waukee High School.
