A reminder that today and tomorrow is the annual Fall Festival at Deal’s Orchard near Jefferson.

The over 100-year-old orchard will have something for everyone this weekend. From 8am to 6pm, children and parents can enjoy Apple Acres featuring human hamster wheels, an apple slingshot, a corn pool, a jumping pillow and lots more. Plus, the admission fee for Apple Acres also includes the corn maze which has a RAGBRAI-theme to it this year in honor of the popular bicycling event that made an overnight stop in Jefferson this past July.
