The Panorama Panthers varsity football team faced their toughest challenge of the season Friday night in Dallas County. The Panthers hit the road for a Class 1A District 8 matchup versus the Van Meter Bulldogs. The Bulldogs jumped out to a five-touchdown lead in the first half, ultimately handing the Panthers a 36-6 loss. Panorama’s lone touchdown came on a nine-yard run from senior Trey Cobb in the fourth quarter. The loss drops Panorama’s overall record to 3-4. The Panthers host the AC/GC Chargers next Friday in Panorama’s senior night game.
