3:09am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical call in the 100 block of East Central Street.

8:45am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and F Avenue.

9:21am: A deputy conducted a welfare check on a vehicle at the Grand Junction City dump.

10:51am: A deputy investigated a reported suspicious object in the 400 block of Bell Street, Churdan.

1:46pm: A deputy investigated a gas smell at Churdan City Hall.

2:26pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 400 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

6:09pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

8:41pm: Jordan Teeples 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
