The race season resumes today for the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers cross country runners with a pair of sophomore boys continuing to receive statewide recognition. The Iowa Association of Track Coaches continue rating ADM second-year students Nate Mueller and Ethan Jurgens in their latest Class 3A top 30 poll released late Tuesday evening. Mueller made a considerable leap from 27th place in last week’s rankings to 12th this weeks. Jurgens moved up three spots to 21st overall. Mueller won the meet with a time of 17:15, while Jurgens crossed the finish line 37 seconds after his classmate. The ADM boys and girls cross country teams visit Perry’s Golf and Country Club this afternoon for the Perry Leon Fox Cross Country Invitational. First races of the event begin at 5 p.m.
