While most high schools have already enjoyed their homecoming festivities in 2018, Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center will commence theirs next week. The District recently announced their schedule of events. This year’s theme is “Strike the ‘cats.”

The action begins this afternoon with the announcement of this year’s homecoming court. Next week’s festivities begin with a dodgeball tournament in the high school gym on Wednesday evening from 6:30-8pm. Students can register for $15 per team of ten and the public is invited to watch at no cost. On Thursday the students will finish decorating their home room banners for the annual competition.

The week continues with the parade on Friday from 1:45-2:15pm with a pep rally to follow until 3 at the high school football field. The 2018 homecoming royalty will be announced at the parade, along with the winners from the dress up days and the banners. The evening concludes with the home football game against West Central Valley at 7pm with the dance to follow.
