Today will be an active one in Menlo as there will be two community-wide events.

The WCV Free Coat Closet will be open at the Menlo Fire Hall from 9am-noon. There will be a wide variety of sizes from childrens size four to adult sizes. They will also be collecting gently used coats, along with hats, boots, gloves, and snow pants.

Tonight the Menlo Methodist Church will host Christmas in September at the Menlo Community Building starting at 6pm. A meal will be served for $12 which includes turkey, ham, potatoes, salads, desserts, and drinks. There will also be a guest speaker and door prizes.
