Perry Lutheran Homes is hosting a two-part event next Wednesday in their Aging Well seminar series, and the public is invited to the free programs.

From 4-6 p.m. on September 26th, there will be two one-hour programs at the Perry Public Library, with a theme of “Downsizing and Marketing a Home.” The first part will be led by professional downsizer Tracey Stoll, titled “The UPside of Downsizing.” Stoll will go over ways families can help their elderly loved ones reduce their amount of possessions while retaining what’s most important to them. Following that, Realtor Bob Nevitt will present “Marketing my Loved One’s Home,” taking attendees through ways of helping people move on physically and spiritually from their homes when it becomes necessary.

There is no cost to attend the seminars, and no registration is required.
