With the spotlight shining its brightest, the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers varsity football team came up with their best performance of the 2018 campaign so far. The Tigers offense accounted for over 400 yards rushing, finding the end zone seven times in a 49-13 triumph over the Boone Toreadors in ADM’s annual homecoming game. ADM scored six touchdowns total in their previous three games to start the season. ADM head football coach Garrison Carter credited the offensive line for the Tigers success. “I think this is the first time this year where we saw them click and really be physical,” Carter said, “Some of the holes they opened up were incredible.”
Senior Nick Bradshaw registered 158 yards rushing and four touchdowns.
Sophomore Tate Stine-Smith added 194 yards rushing and one touchdown. The victory improves ADM to 4-0 for the first time since 2012. ADM begins their district season next Friday, hosting the Harlan Cyclones.
