A reminder that today there will be a special performance on the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower in Jefferson.

Iowa State University Carillonneur Dr. Tin-Shi Tam will play music on the 47-bell carillon at 11am. She is the Cownie Professor of Music and the Chair of the Keyboard Division of the University Carillonneur. The Bell Tower Community Foundation and the Thomas Jefferson Gardens have partnered together to sponsor the event. Following the concert will be a free light meal at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Education and Welcome Center. Attendees will have a chance to meet with Dr. Tam and her five students that will be joining her. The event is free and open to the public.
