The City of Adel is well known for its unique architecture, and a local charitable organization is utilizing that architecture for a fundraiser.

The Adel PEO Chapter has created two commemorative posters from pictures taken by local artist Betty Mathers, which capture the historic buildings of Adel, as well as the brickyard. There are two separate, frameable posters to choose from. The first is a 16×20 collage that showcases the architecture found throughout the City. The second is a 10×24 of the United Brick and Tile Company.

The posters are $15 each, or you can purchase both for $25. All the proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to the women’s educational scholarships, sponsored every year by the Adel PEO Chapter. To purchase a poster, send an email to AdelPEOposter@gmail.com, or call 319-269-7896.
