The West Central Valley 5th Annual Wildcat Cross-Country Classic at the 5 x 80 Golf Course near Menlo was held Thursday. Greene County had its best team finishes of the season with the girls placing second among eight teams and the boys seventh among 11 squads.
Panorama won the girls’ team title easily with 24 points. Both the Rams and Nodaway Valley (Greenfield) had 101 points, but NV did not have a sixth runner and Greene County did, therefore the tie-breaker went to the Rams.
