The Perry Chamber of Commerce is officially welcoming one of their newest members to the fold next week with a ceremonial ribbon cutting for Wayde Burkhart of Iowa Realty.

The event will be held at the Chamber Offices in the Towncraft Building on Wednesday, September 5th from 10-10:30 a.m. Since Burkhart doesn’t have his own offices in Perry, the Chamber offered to host the event, and he’s looking forward to conversing with attendees. “Anybody who’d like to come out to that, (I’d) be more than happy to meet and talk with you about different real estate things that are going on in the neighborhood. And we’re going to have a great time, we’re going to have some refreshments I’m sure, and some cookies and things. Because I’ve never been one to shy away from a good cookie!”
