The Stuart City Council will hold a special joint meeting with the City’s Utility Board on Monday.
The Council will seek to set three public hearing dates, one each pertaining to the 2018 Asphalt Project, a development agreement for the Morrison Building project, and property rezoning. Other proposed action items include: a request for a hearing regarding a municipal infraction, bond appropriation for the Karl Chevrolet expansion project, City Hall employee wages, hotel/motel tax recommendations for the American Legion building and Rec Center, and discussion on two ordinance changes.
The meeting begins at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers at Stuart City Hall.
