With the 2018 high school baseball season finishing up this weekend at Principal Park, the coaches of the West Central Activities Conference are allowed to release this summer’s all-conference selections. The Panorama Panthers had three student-athletes named all-conference players; Incoming junior Luke South is a second-team all-conference choice while outgoing senior Tanner Godfrey and incoming sophomore Domonic Walker are honorable mentions selections. South showed off his versatility this summer, starting all 23 games at four different positions. He ended the season as the team leader in several statistical categories including batting average (.426), on-base percentage (.530), doubles (five), walks forced (15), stolen bases (15 out of 16), innings pitched (47.1), and strikeouts thrown (37). He also tied for the team lead with 11 runs batted in and was the only Panther player to hit a triple and a home run this summer. The Panorama Panthers 2018 varsity baseball season ended July 10th with a 7-16 overall record.
