A Perry teenager was arrested Thursday on felony drug charges.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office reports, 18-year-old Brando Burgos was taken into custody near the intersection of 6th and Pattee streets in Perry. He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a class D felony. Burgos was taken to Dallas County Jail, where he is currently being held on $5,000 bond. He had his initial appearance in court Friday morning, and will have an arraignment hearing on September 21st.
