Tuesday, July 24th

4:09am: Officers assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of West Vest Street.

10:27am: Officers provided Traffic Control in the 500 Block of North Elm Street while a bus was towed from a business in the area.

1:53pm: Durbin Automotive reported a subject loitering at 206 West Head Street.

2:10pm: A Traffic Stop in the 100 Block of West Washington Street resulted in Julie Mosher of Gowrie being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

3:54pm: Janet Bryan advised of a vehicle parked in front of her mailbox in the 200 Block of East Vest Street. The vehicle was later moved.

4:05pm: Khloe Dzuris reported seeing a cat go into the storm sewer near Grimmell and Lincoln Way Street.

7:54pm: Officers assisted EMS with a Medical call in the 900 Block of West South Street.

7:44pm: A Traffic Stop in the 1500 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Jennifer Brown of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

8:10pm: A subject brought a stray dog to the LEC he had found near HyVee. The officer placed the animal in the Animal Holding Facility.
