As we make our way towards the weekend, there’s even more to do at the Greene County Fair tomorrow.
The popular Beef, Bucket Calf and Cattle Kids Show kicks off the festivities at 8am in the showring. Then after Clover Hall opens for the day at 9am will be the Baby Contest at 9:30. The Horse Fun Show will be at noon in the showring, followed by the communications exhibits at 1pm in Clover Hall. Prior to the grandstand entertainment of the Lucas Oil Tractor Pull at 7pm, Greene County Fair Board President Connor Juergensen talks about a free aspect.
“We also have a Micro-Mini Pullers Tractor Pull at 3pm on Saturday that consists of model tractors doing the same concept of pulling sleds in the competition. (It is) Free to the public and outside of the grandstands.”
The day rounds out with the Clover Kids graduation ceremony at 5pm in Clover Hall, followed by the Pork and Lamb Barbecue Meal at 5:30pm north of Clover Hall. The Tractor Pull in the grandstand is a $10 admission charge.
Raccoon Valley Radio’s Little Big Red Radio will continue to broadcast live from the fair through Sunday. We also have results posted online at raccoonvalleyradio.com under the Greene County Fair tab on the right-hand side of our homepage.
