Troy Matthew Wanninger, age 36 of 203 14th St., Dallas Center was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Gabrielle Ashley Welch, age 28 of 2327 Logan Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Trina Antoinette Berr, age 48 of 920 Oakridge Dr., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft.

Raymond Erb of Minburn was traveling in the 21000 block of Highway 141 in the right lane when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle driven by Jane Wagner of Perry. No injuries reported. Damage to Erb’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $3000.00 to Wagner’s. Wagner was cited for following to close.
