Fresh off a doubleheader sweep Monday of the Ballard Bombers, the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers baseball team brings some positive momentum with them on the road tonight. The Tigers will make the short drive to southern Dallas County for a nonconference contest against the Van Meter Bulldogs. Thanks to a pair of victories in Huxley earlier this week, ADM brings a season-best three game winning streak to Van Meter and an overall record of 10 wins and 14 losses. Van Meter has recorded 25 wins in 32 games on the diamond this summer. Monday’s 11-8 loss against Treynor snapped a seven-game winning streak for the Bulldogs. ADM baseball resumes their season tonight in a road contest against Dallas County neighbor Van Meter with varsity first pitch taking place around 7:30 p.m.
