With three games left in their league season, the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers softball team (29-6 overall) still has a chance to win a piece of the Raccoon River Conference championship. The Tigers enter tonight’s conference doubleheader versus the Ballard Bombers with nine wins in 10 league games. Two wins against the Bombers tonight would give ADM a chance at a share of the Raccoon River Conference title tomorrow in Carlisle. The Tigers and the Wildcats were scoreless two innings into their initial league game on June 6 before severe storms postponed the contest. The No. 4 ADM Tiger softball team brings a 29-6 overall record into tonight’s doubleheader, while the Bombers counter with an overall mark of 19-15. First pitch of game one is set for 5 p.m. Huxley. Catch live play by play coverage of game two on True Country K 107.9, raccoonvalleyradio.com, and the KKRF mobile app starting with the pregame show after the conclusion of tonight’s Guthrie County PM Sports Page.
