Panorama Community School District students are already able to take advantage of free lunch programs on Monday’s. Two churches will add Thursdays to the list for families in two separate communities. The Bagley and Linden United Methodist Churches will be serving free lunches from 11:30am-12:30pm every Thursday until August 16th.

In addition to the free meals, they will also be offering a literacy program. The churches are working in conjunction with public libraries in the district to put on their “Change a Child’s Story” initiative. They also plan to hand out some shelf stable snacks such as applesauce and granola bars, for students to take home. The free program is geared towards children, however anyone from the area who is in need of a meal will be served.
