The City of Scranton is hosting a community-wide Garage Sale/Vendors Days event starting tomorrow.

There will be items for sale at several locations throughout the city, including the community center. Vendors will sell items out of the community center, along with miscellaneous household items, desk chairs, baby clothes and other items. It will be from 5 to 8pm on Friday and from 8 to 11am Saturday. Maps to other locations will be handed out at the community center. Plus, concessions will be available Friday evening only at the community center.

All proceeds will go toward purchasing new desks and chairs for the community center.
