The Iowa State Historical Museum will be bringing its Iowa History Bus Museum to the Stuart Public Library on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The museum is free and open to the public during normal library hours.

Stuart People Active for Library Services (PALS) Member Theresa Powell talks about the different exhibits found inside the bus. “Some of the things you will see are stations with interactive screens and artifacts. The stations I remember seeing were: Native Americans, Land and People, Arts and Culture, Fairs and Festivals, Education, Sports, Toys and Games, and more. They say it’s like going into your grandparents’ attic and it is. It will remind you of things you’ve seen.”

The bus will be parked across the street from the library, in the parking lot on the corner of White Pole Road and North Division Street. The program will end with a trivia night on Thursday at the library from 6-7pm. There is no pre-registration for the casual trivia program.
