Jefferson Matters: Main Street invites everyone to their next Party in the Alley event.

The Tower View Team Committee is hosting the “Party In Arch Alley” on the north alleyway of the downtown square in Jefferson this Friday from 5 to 7pm. The project is to convert the existing alleyway space into a public art display of three separate arches, utilizing architectural designs from community members, with inspiration from the arches on the existing downtown buildings. Committee Chair Deb McGinn talks about some of the details of the evening.

“The artist, David Williamson, will be there for a meet and greet. And so you can come and learn about what all is going to happen in the alley (and) how you can become apart of the arch.”

It is a come-and-go event. It is free and open to the public.
