A Stuart business will soon be holding a groundbreaking event as they begin expansion efforts. Karl Chevrolet of Stuart will host the event on Friday at 5:30pm at the dealership. Representatives from the Stuart Chamber of Commerce, Stuart Enterprise for Economic Development, and the City will join staff from Karl Chevrolet at the groundbreaking.

The year-long, multi-facility expansion will include stand-alone areas, such as: a pre-owned vehicle facility over 4,000 square feet; a collision, parts, service, medium duty service, and quick lube facility over 44,000 square feet; and a three bay quick wash facility over 3,000 square feet. The expansion will help expand business offerings and bring dozens of jobs to the Stuart community. The dealership, which opened its Stuart location last year, recently celebrated 40 years of operations, having opened its doors in Ankeny in January of 1978.
