7:30am: Betty Gilson reported seeing what she believed to be a mountain lion near Sparky’s at 606 Hwy. 30 East.

8:21am: Officers assisted with a Medical Call in the 600 Block of South Wilson Ave.

12:12pm: Ron Grimsley reported a Criminal Mischief to the residence at 504 East Adams Street. The officer is investigating.

12:30pm: Jefferson officers were assisted by a deputy in executing a Search Warrant at 108 East Central, Lot 66. The officers recovered stolen items from a Burglary on 05/17/2018 at Countywide Electric. Charges are pending in the matter.

12:39pm: Faye Wiley reported a stray dog near 300 South Walnut Street. The officer did not locate the animal.

1:16pm: An officer assisted with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of West Lincoln Way Street.

1:50pm: Susie carbon reported a dog in a vehicle at 106 West Washington Street. The vehicle was gone upon the officer’s arrival.

7:10pm: An officer assisted a deputy on a Traffic Stop on 280 th Street, near Neola.

8:58pm: Jamie Ganoe reported a vehicle chasing a female in the 500 Block of North Oak Street. the officer did not find the vehicle or the female in the area.
